Manually uploading content in Moast lets you add content you’ve already collected or found online, including from social media, websites, or other platforms.
How to Manually Upload Content:
Navigate to the Profiles section in the Moast Admin
Click the Add Profile button in the top-right corner.
Fill out the fields for the profile.
Hit Save
These are the fields you’ll need to complete to create a profile:
Testimonial: Add a testimonial to accompany the uploaded content.
Custom Question: If you've created a custom question, it will show up here for you to fill in. If no custom question exists, then there will be nothing to fill in.
Media: Upload photos or videos to showcase in the profile.
Status: Set the profile’s status:
Active: The profile and content will display in widgets immediately.
Pending: The profile stays hidden until activated.
Member: Link the profile to a customer. Use the dropdown list to select a customer or create a new member, which will sync with your Shopify Admin.
Product: Associate the profile with a product. This makes the profile shoppable in the widget.
