Videos Not Appearing on Product Pages

If your videos aren’t showing up on your product pages, it might be a syncing delay. Here’s how to refresh your product feed to fix it.

If you’ve added new videos to Moast and tagged them with a product but they’re not showing up on your product page, don’t worry, this usually means your product feed hasn’t updated yet.

Missing media may also occur due to widget-specific settings, such as minimum media parameters that you set in your widget settings in your Moast settings, or incorrect tagging of videos in the media library.

Moast automatically syncs your product feeds when new media is added, but sometimes the update can take a little longer than expected.

One potential solution is to manually refresh the product feed:

  1. In your Moast dashboard, go to Feeds > Products.

  2. Find the product where videos aren’t showing up.

  3. Under Sync media, click the Refresh button.

This will update the product feed and add any new videos tagged with that product that haven’t appeared yet.

Things to Note:

  1. Syncing can take a few minutes depending on your Shopify connection.

  2. Make sure the videos are tagged with the correct product in your Media Library.

  3. If your videos still don’t appear after refreshing, contact our support team using the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.
