We provide a few handy sorting tools within the Profiles section of Moast to help you find the customer profiles you're looking for.
You can search by:
Customer email: The email a customer used when they made a purchase. This will match the email on record for their order.
Customer name: The name a customer used when they made a purchase. This will match the name on record for their order.
Active
The active tab in the Profiles section will only show you customer profiles that are currently active and displayed in the Moast widget. These are profiles that you have manually approved.
Pending
The Pending tab contains all new profiles that have been submitted and are awaiting your review and approval.
Note: When a customer makes a change to their active profile, it moves out of the active state and into pending. This allows you to review and approve the changes. An alert will notify you of any modifications made by the customer
Hidden
The Hidden Profiles tab displays all profiles that you have chosen to hide from appearing in the Moast widget. This feature allows you to keep profiles without deleting them, giving you the flexibility to hide and unhide profiles as needed.
Note: You can hide profiles by clicking on a profile and using the actions drop-down menu.
