Profile interactions

The Profile Interactions section in Moast is used to view all the messages sent to your customers through the Moast widget. This feature allows you to monitor and manage customer interactions efficiently.


Viewing Profile Interactions

  1. Navigate to a profile in the Profiles section in the Moast Admin.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Profiles page to see the Interactions list.

  3. If there are interactions, you'll see all messages exchanged with the customer.

  4. Click on any interaction in the list to view the message details.


Interaction status

The Interaction Status section indicates whether a customer has replied to your messages. You'll see a status badge labeled "Replied" or "Pending" in both the interactions list and the Interaction Details pop-up. This feature helps you keep track of ongoing conversations and identify any customer inquiries that still need attention.

Note: If you notice that a customer has not responded for an extended period, we recommend reaching out to them manually to offer your assistance. This personal touch can help address any concerns or questions they might have.


Search interactions

Our search functionality enables you to efficiently find specific interactions in the list.

You can search by:

  • Customer name & email.

  • Shopper name & email.

  • Message contents (this is useful when you want to search for interactions containing a specific word).
