How do I force-sync my accounts?

What do you do if your accounts aren't updating or syncing in the mobile app?

If your accounts are not syncing on their own, one way you can troubleshoot is to force-sync the accounts by following these steps.

Note: Please do not deactivate the account as a means to reset it. If you only have one account for an institution, it will disappear from the accounts page and you will need to sync it again. If you have already taken this step, or do this by mistake, contact the support team inside the app, or email us at support@wizefi.com, and we can help you reactivate the account.

  1. Go to your accounts page on the mobile app.

  2. Click on the three dots next to an institution.

  3. Click the button at the bottom that says ‘Sync all accounts’.

If the accounts still do not sync, reach out to the support team within the app for help.
