Step 1: Plug in the USB
The first step to using the Conveyor USB is to plug it into your computer. When plugged in, the USB will flash orange and white. If the lights do not turn on, try flipping the USB over and plugging it in again. It is important to note that when plugging the USB into a vertical port, the logo should be facing either up or to the left.
Step 2: Pair the Device
Open Conveyor AI on your iOS device. Once the app is open, navigate to the connection screen. On the connection screen, you will see an image of the Conveyor USB. Tap on the "Pair Now" button.
Step 3: Connect to Your Computer
Once the devices are paired, the screen will display a message that says "Connected to Conveyor USB." From here, you will need to toggle to enable either Mac or PC, depending on the type of computer you are using.
Step 4: Start Dictating
To dictate, simply tap on the microphone icon in the Conveyor AI app to start dictating. The Conveyor USB device will securely dictate onto your computer.
Quick Tip: Easily confirm the successful connection of your Conveyor USB device by checking the device's light indicator. A green light signifies a successful connection, while a flashing orange and white light indicates you are not successfully connected.
