Before getting started, make sure you have the following:
1. iPhone or iPad
Conveyor AI requires an iPhone or iPad running the latest version of the Conveyor app. Download Conveyor AI from the app store here.
2. Computer Connection
To dictate into your computer, you'll need one of the following:
Conveyor QR: | Install Conveyor QR on your computer:
Windows 7+ (64-bit) or macOS 13+

Conveyor USB (Optional) | Conveyor USB allows you to connect to a computer without installing Conveyor QR.

3. Internet Connection
Both your iPhone/iPad and computer must have an active internet connection.
Your iPhone/iPad and computer do not need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. As long as both devices have internet access, Conveyor can connect and function normally.
Recommended Network Performance
For the best experience, we recommend:
Download speed: 10 Mbps or higher
Upload speed: 5 Mbps or higher
Latency: Less than 100 ms
Jitter: Less than 50 ms
