Initially, the default template is set to the App Default template, SOAP Note. You have the flexibility to create and choose your preferred default template.
How to Set a New Default Template:
Option 1:
Navigate to Settings (tap on the gear icon), scroll down to the Encounters section, and select "Encounter Templates."
From there, swipe right on the template you want to become the default template and tap "Make Default."

Option 2:
Navigate to Settings (tap on the gear icon), scroll down to the Encounters section, and choose "Encounter Templates."
Open the desired template.
Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner, and choose "Make Default Template" to set it as your default template.
