Dictation templates help you quickly insert detailed text using a short, spoken phrase. Follow these steps to set up and use dictation templates in the app.
Tap the gear icon in the bottom-right corner to open App Settings.
Scroll to the Speech Tools section and tap Template Library.
Tap Add in the upper-right corner.
Choose and add the template name. This is the short phrase you'll say to trigger the template.
Dictate, type, or paste the detailed text you'd like inserted when you use the template.
Copying and pasting text from your computer into the app is only supported on a Mac using Apple’s Universal Clipboard feature.
