Welcome to Conveyor AI! This guide will walk you through setting up the app, connecting your computer, and completing your first dictation.
Before you begin: You’ll need an iPhone or iPad and a Mac or Windows computer.
1. Download Conveyor AI
Download Conveyor AI from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
Once installed, open the app to begin setup.
2. Sign In with Apple
Tap Sign In with Apple.
Choose the email address you’d like to use with your Conveyor account, then tap Continue.
After signing in, follow the introductory screens and tap Continue to move through setup.
3. Sign the BAA and Create Your PIN
During setup, you’ll be asked to:
Review and sign the Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
Create a 6-digit PIN
Enter the PIN again to confirm it
You’ll use this PIN to securely access Conveyor AI.
4. Start Your Free Trial
Follow the prompts in the app to begin your free trial.
No credit card is required, and your trial will not automatically convert to a paid subscription when it ends.
Once your trial is active, you’re ready to connect your computer.
5. Install Conveyor QR on Your Computer
Conveyor QR is the companion application that connects Conveyor AI on your iPhone or iPad to your Mac or Windows computer.
On your computer, download Conveyor QR here:
Using a Mac?
Mac users will need to allow Accessibility permissions for Conveyor QR.
6. Connect Your iPhone or iPad to Your Computer
Open Conveyor QR on your computer. You’ll see an orange and white QR code.
Then, on your iPhone or iPad:
Open Conveyor AI.
From the Live screen, make sure QR is selected.
Tap Start Camera.
Allow camera access if prompted.
Scan the QR code displayed on your computer.
Once connected, the QR code on your computer will change to a green Ready indicator.
Your iPhone or iPad will also show that you're connected and ready to dictate.
Try Your First Dictation
You’re ready to dictate!
On your computer:
Open your EHR, document, email, or other application.
Click where you want your text to appear.
Then, on your iPhone or iPad:
Tap the microphone to begin dictating.
Speak naturally.
Your text will appear at the cursor on your computer.
That's it! You've completed your first dictation with Conveyor AI!
