Welcome to Conveyor AI! This guide will walk you through everything you need to get started.
Before you begin: You'll need an iPhone or iPad and a Mac or Windows computer.
1. Download Conveyor AI
Download Conveyor AI from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
Once the app is installed, open it to begin setting up your account.
2. Sign In with Apple
Tap Sign In with Apple.
Select the email address you'd like to use with your Conveyor account and tap Continue.
Once you're signed in, you'll see a brief introduction to Conveyor AI. Tap Continue to move through the introductory screens.
3. Sign the BAA and Create Your PIN
During setup, you'll be asked to:
Review and sign the Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
Create a 6-digit PIN
Enter your PIN a second time to confirm it
You'll use this PIN to securely access Conveyor AI.
4. Start Your Free Trial
Follow the prompts in the app to begin your free trial.
There's no credit card required, and your trial will not automatically convert to a paid subscription when it ends.
Now you're ready to set up your computer.
5. Install Conveyor QR on Your Computer
Conveyor QR is the companion application that connects Conveyor AI on your iPhone or iPad to your Mac or Windows computer.

6. Connect Your iPhone or iPad to Your Computer
Once Conveyor QR is open on your computer, you'll see an orange and white QR code.
On your iPhone or iPad:
Open Conveyor AI.
From the Live screen, make sure QR is selected rather than USB.
Tap Start Camera.
Allow camera access if prompted.
Scan the orange and white QR code displayed on your computer.
Once connected, the QR code on your computer will change to a small green box displaying Ready.
Your iPhone or iPad will also show that you're connected and ready to dictate.
7. Try Your First Dictation
You're ready to use Conveyor!
On your computer, open the EHR, document, email, or other application where you'd like your text to appear.
Click your cursor into the field where you want to type.
Then, on your iPhone or iPad:
Tap the microphone to begin dictating.
Speak naturally.
Watch as your dictation appears at your cursor on the computer.
That's it! You've completed your first dictation with Conveyor AI!
