Overview
The Dojo terminal recalls a table balance from the EPoS terminal for payment.
The POS terminal that is configured as the check master, normally POS 1, runs an applications called Dojo PAT.
Dojo Pay at Table Setup
The Dojo PAT application is installed and configured by Mobo on the check master EPOS Terminal only.
To do this we require the following integration details from Dojo:
Host name
API credential
TID number
Once this has been done, the Dojo terminal settings need to be changed:
Press the menu bar and click 'Settings'
Choose ‘Integrated payments’
You'll see the 'Pay at table' and 'Pay at counter' options
Click on Pay at Table and adjust the settings as needed. This includes disabling or enabling:
Pay at Table
Waiter ID
Gratuity
Email receipts for customers
