In some circumstances, eg a network issue, a payment can be taken by the Dojo terminal but not finalised on the EPOS terminal. In this scenario the table on the EPOS terminal can become locked and when you try to open the table the error “Table Busy” appears.
To clear the locked table you will need to:
Wait until service has finished and all other tables have been finalised
TouchPoint Home > End of Day > X Reports
Run the X Open Tables/Check report
When you are happy that all other tables have been finlaised
Run the Z Open Tables/Check report (Warning - this will reset all open tables/checks)
