Loyalty - Generic Customer Reports

These reports are applicable to all types of loyalty.

Customer Start Date:

This reports shows the date each customer signed up.

For each customer the report shows:

Customer Spend by Group with VAT:

This is a summary of total sales value by customer group and shows the sales value generated by loyalty customers.

For each customer group, the report shows:

  • Total Sales Value, Net Sales Value (less vat), Tax Value

  • The report also shows a grand total for each of the above

Customer Spend by Group:

This report shows customer sales totals for each customer by customer group.

For each customer group by individual customer, the report shows:

Top "N" Customer Spend By Value:

This report enables you to easily identify your top customers. You can select a report filter value to show top 3 or top 10 customers etc.

For each of the top customers the report shows:

Customer PLU Sales:

This report shows the products bought by each customer. The customers are grouped by customer group.

For each customer the report shows:

  • For each product bought

    • average cost, line cost, qty, sales value, profit £, GP%

  • Total for each of the above

Customer Spend by Week:

This report shows individual customer sales totals by week for a specific date range.

For each week the report shows:

  • Individual customer sales totals

    • Transation qty, total spend, average spend

  • There are totals of the above for each week

Customer Transaction History with Detail:

This report shows individual transactions, with details, for each customer.

For each of a customers transactions, the report shows:

  • Date & time, Site ordered, Sale ID, Loyalty Discount Value, Sale Total

  • Account Balance, Balance Adjustment (only relevant if running customer accounts)

  • Products sold - qty and sales value

  • Discounts & payment methods
