Customer Snapshot Report:

This is a comprehensive summary of customer activity - for the purpose of this report a customer is defined as someone who has signup up to the loyalty scheme. The following information is available:

  • Customer Footfall Numbers

  • Customers v Non-Customer Sales Value

  • Customers v Non-Customers Average Sales Value

  • Current Week v Previous Week Customer Sales Value

  • Customer Points Liability

  • Top 10 Customers by Footfall

  • Top 10 Customers by Sales Value

  • Top 10 Customers by Profit

  • Top 10 PLU's Sold by Quantity

  • Top 10 PLU's Sold by Value

Customer Points Report:

This is a simple report that lists the points balance for each customer.

Customer Points Audit Report:

For a specific date range, this report shows for each customer:

  • Original points balance at the start of the period

  • Points adjusted during the period

  • New points balance at the end of the period
