It is possible to limit the number of delivery orders that can be received for available timeslots.
The maximum number of deivery orders per timeslot is set via:
Tillconfig > TouchTakeaway > Delivery Settings > Site > Settings > Max Orders Per Timelot
Enter the number of delivery order you wish to accept per timeslot in the Delivery field.
For example, if you set a value of 2 then the system would accept 2 orders between 14:00-14:30, 2 orders between 14:30-15:00 etc.
Please note that it is NOT possible to have different max order quantities for specific time slots - the quantity entered applies to all time slots.
If the maximum number of orders is reached for a specific timeslot then that timeslot will be removed from the list of timeslots that the customer sees.
Please note that in a very busy environment with lots of customers ordering at exactly the same time then it is possible to exceed the max orders per timeslot.
