TouchOffice setup for S4Labour integration:
Enable S4Labour via tillconfig.net > Officewebplus > API Access Controls.
Ensure all products are lined to a tax rate in TouchOffice.
Check discounts on PLU's are not set to Amount Type.
S4labour requires the following information:
TouchOffice Web TAK code (tillconfig.net > Terminal Access Key)
The TouchOffice Web site number (touchoffice.net > Terminals)
A list of the Product Groups - Group number/name
Export the Price list by group report and use chatgbt to edit

Important Note:
If discounts are used on PLUs, it is important that they are not set to be an amount off the total of more than one PLU. If an ‘amount off’ discount is used on more than one PLU total (multiple PLUs totalled together), it is impossible for an ‘amount off’ discount to be shared equally amongst the PLUs and errors can occur in the data. To avoid this situation, ensure that any discounts used can be linked back to an individual PLU.
