Just Eat Integration

Pre Requisites:

  • ByRetail

  • TouchOffice Web + Webshop service

  • TouchPoint 2022 of higher

  • Just Eat Stock Adjustment script

Overview:

  • When a restaurant accepts an order via their Just Eat terminal, the order is automatically pushed to ICRTouch for processing and the order sent to TouchPoint. The Just Eat sales will be included in the TouchOffice Web reports and the orders printed on the EPOS printers or screens.

  • Products in TouchOffice Web are flagged as Just Eat products and a seperate price level is used. Any TouchOffice changes to Just Eat products are automatically pushed to the Just Eat menu.

  • The Just Eat Stock Adjustment script enables products to be marked out of stock on the Just Eat via the EPOS terminal.

TouchOffice Setup for Just Eat:

  • Create all the products that you need for your Just Eat menu

    • Use a spare price level for the Just Eat pricing

    • Select the Webshop Options Tab

    • Ensure the Just Eat Product tick box is ticked

    • Select the Price Level you are using for Just Eat prices

    • Save and repeat for each product

  • Remember to create a product for delivery charges

Tillconfig.net Setup:

  • Tillconfig.net > Select Webshop > Just Eat

  • Select Just Eat > General Settings > select the Site.

    • Enter the Delivery Charge PLU and click Save

  • Select Just Eat > Opening Times > select the Site.

    • Click on Add under each day to enter the Opening, Closing times.

    • Scroll down the page to enter the Collection times - click on Add under each day.

    • Click Save.

  • Just Eat > API Credential

    • These will be provided by Mobo

  • Select Just Eat > Menus > select the Site.

  • Select Just Eat > Stock > select the Site.

    • Select which products are not in stock
