Vouchers Overview:
There are 3 types of "Vouchers" - Discount Voucher, Gift Card & Free Gift.
Discount Vouchers are based on a % discount.
Gift Cards are based on a £ discount.
Free Gift - sells a predfined product at zero price.
The redemption of vouchers is available on TouchPoint POS terminals, ByRetail / ByTable online ordering and Kiosks.
The redemption of vouchers and gift cards is NOT available on PocketTouch.
Vouchers & Gift Cards are created online via TouchOffice Web > Vouchers.
Gift Cards can be sold via TouchPoint or online via ByRetail / ByTable.
Voucher & Gift Card reporting is available via TouchOffice Web.
Vouchers & Gift cards are redeemed at the POS by either scanning a barcode or entering a unique code.
Vouchers & Gift Cards are redemeemed online or at a kiosk by entering a unique code.
