The POS terminal has a Print On / Off button that is located under the Manager Functions screen.
If the print receipt is set to ON, than a receipt will automatically be printed for every transaction.
Please note that if the receipt is set to OFF then receipts may still print because of other system flag settings that can trigger receipt prints.
The print receipt icon on the bottom row of the screen indicates whether the receipt print is set for ON or OFF:
If the receipt print icon shows a white paper docket, the printer is set to ON.
If the receipt print icon does NOT show a white paper docket, the printer is set to OFF.

To change the receipt print ON or OFF:
From the main menu select Manager Functions.
Press the Printer On/Off button - this toggles the receipt print status to ON or OFF.
The current printer status is indicated by the printer icon on the bottom row of the screen.
