You can update some of your profile details directly in the MOBY MOVE app.

Open the MOBY MOVE app
Tap Profile in the main menu
Edit your name and email address
Changing your phone number
Your phone number is used as a unique account identifier and cannot be changed on an existing account.
If you have a new phone number, you will need to create a new account using that number, unless you originally signed up using Apple ID or Google.
If you create a new account with a different phone number:

Include your old phone number
Our support team can transfer any remaining wallet balance from your old account to your new one and close the old profile if needed
Changing your email address
You can update your email address in the app.
We use your registered email for important communications, including receipts, support requests, and refunds. If your email is incorrect, we may be unable to assist you.
