The app will not end your rental if you are:
Outside the green parking zones.
Inside the red no parking zones.
You can see your location in the in app map and make sure you are in a green parking zone.
The app will let you know the error you are facing.
If you are in the correct place, just park the bike, lock to a bike stand, take a picture and drop us a message with these details in the messenger inside the app and our live support agents will help and we will make sure you don't get overcharged ever.
