You can reach your mentor from the Dashboard mentor details block, by clicking the conversation bubble in the lower right corner to send a message or access support articles, or by clicking into the Learning tab.
Accessing mentor contact options:
In the Dashboard, refer to the course card (white box at the bottom)
Click the “Course Companion” option to open the unique Google doc shared with you
Click to view your mentor’s meeting schedule
Click to send an email
Click the blue widget in the lower right corner to send a direct message to your mentor
From the Learning tab
Click within the mentor information box to open your Course Companion, view your mentor’s meeting schedule, or to send an email
Click the blue widget in the lower right corner to send a direct message to your mentor
Accessing help articles:
In the Dashboard or Learning tab, click the blue widget in the corner. Click the “Help” option to open the search box:
Enter keywords or phrases to search for articles and support, such as “Import.” If an article exists for the topic, you can click from the list.

Don’t see your mentor’s contact options on your dashboard or in the Course Companion?

Calendar link isn’t loading?
Ensure a stable Internet connection and try refreshing the page.
If the issue persists, email your mentor directly.
Email button didn’t open your email client?
Confirm your device has a default email application set up, or copy the email address from the Course Companion and send it manually.
