How to get it
It is important to note that this functionality is only available for PREMIUM accounts. In order to get a custom domain, you must first choose a name that is unique.
A domain consists of 3 parts:
Subdomain. This is the prefix of the domain. It is used to create a different web address but related to the main domain.
Name. It is the unique name of the website (the name of the travel agency).
Extension. This is the part of the URL that indicates the type of website. For example, ‘.com’ indicates a commercial site, ‘.org’ indicates a non-profit organisation and ‘.edu’ indicates an educational site.
Once chosen, within MOGU, go to ‘Settings’ in the left column and go to the ‘Account domain’ section and click on ‘Configure domain’.
Enter it and click save. Here are some of the most common subdomains used by our clients: ‘viajes’, “trip”, “tours”, “clients”, “agency”, etc. So, if your agency is called paradiseclub, your final domain would be: trips.paradiseclub.com, trip.paradiseclub.com, etc.
From there, your request will be processed. And we will take care of configuring it internally to point to your website.
DNS configuration
Once the request has been made, we will contact you by email so that you can enter the following CNMAE value in your domain manager.
host: requested subdomain (eg: trips)
CNAME: ssr.moguplatform.com
You must let us know when you have created this registration so that we can activate it on our side.
And that's it! The domain will be visible on all public links, these are: payment links, proposals, forms, catalogues, access to the App, etc.
