For a travel agency, a useful way to manage its trips is to use folders (by country, by market, by type of trip, etc.). At MOGU, we call them "views" and they allow agencies to better organise the trips they offer to their clients.

1. Create a label and assign it to several trips

In order to create folders/views it is necessary to assign "tags" to the trips we want to save. To do this, we must check the box (appears to the left of the code) of a trip and then click on the label icon (top right of the screen):

The next step is to write the name we want to give to the label, in this case "bride and groom" and click on "Create label":

Once created, we will choose those trips to which we want to assign the label "honeymooners":

And we can check in the column "label" that they have already assigned it:

To delete created labels, go to Settings > Labels and select the one you want to delete. Once selected, click on the bin symbol:

2. Create views/folders

The views are used to organise and save the trips that have been assigned a label, a status, a person in charge or a holder.

In this example we are going to see how to create a view/folder for "Honeymoon trips" and thus save in it, those trips that have the label "honeymoon".

We click on the button "Filter" and select "where the tag is equal to honeymoon" and click on "Save filters":

We name the view/folder:

That's it! You would now have all the honeymoons offered by your agency in one view/folder, this would be the result:

To delete the folder created, we use the same filter we defined to create it and click on "Delete view":
