First of all, keep in mind that the branding of your brand is reflected in these aspects:

  • Customized color

  • Logo on proposals and App

  • Contact details

  • Logo on receipts when making payments

  • Personalized domain

Create different accounts per brand

We recommend creating different accounts if any of the following applies to your agency:

  • Different social reasons

Because when generating invoices, each of the companies will have a different VAT number.

  • Different teams for each brand

Having different accounts will facilitate and streamline the work of the teams, thus avoiding the mixing of information from both brands (contacts, bookings, payments, etc.) and protecting the privacy of both.

  • You want to set up personalized domains

Domain personalization (so that it appears in all public links) is done per account. Therefore, if you want to have a domain for each brand, it will be necessary to have two different accounts.

Use a single account linking the different brands together

If this is not the case, i.e. the agency operates the brands under the same company, the same team works on both brands and there are no plans to personalize the proposals with a customized domain, it might make sense to start using a single account. In that case, follow these recommendations:

1. Find a general color to present both brands

The color of the account (to be seen in the online proposal, pdf, App, payment links, catalogues, etc.) that can be used for both brands.

2. Adapt the logo

Within a trip, from the "Settings" section, you will be able to add the logo of the second brand in those proposals that belong to it.

3. Hide the contact details button

The contact details will be those of the main account, so they should be hidden. As an alternative, we propose to add the secondary account data, for example, within a block of the itinerary.

4. Create folders to organize the content

To do this, you will have to assign labels to the trips for each brand and create the corresponding folders, for example:

[brand]: travel agency

[brand]: wholesale agency
