What is your cancellation/no-show policy?

Review Monday Girl’s cancellation and no-show policy, including fees, notice requirements, and managing changes to your registration.

Member Meetups:

If you are no longer able to attend, please contact us below at least 48 hours in advance so another member can take your spot.

No refunds for tickets will be given for cancellations less than 48 hours before the event as this does not allow us for enough time for let another member take your spot and we often have lengthy waitlists. Thank you for considering other members and your understanding.

Mentorship Office Hours:

If you can no longer attend an upcoming Office Hours session your registered for, please decline your registration on the event page at least 24 hours in advance to give your mentor a courtesy notice that you will not be attending. The credit you used to book your session will be refunded back to your account within 1 week of cancellation.

Credits will not be returned to your account for late cancels or no-shows.

Members who accrue 3+ late cancels or no-shows will not be able to book again for 3 months.

If you do not decline your registration and do not show up, other members that could have taken your spot will not be able to - thank you for considering other members and your cooperation!

Career Coaching Session:

If you can no longer attend an upcoming Career Coaching session your registered for, please decline your registration on the event page at least 24 hours in advance to give your coach a courtesy notice that you will not be attending. The credits you used to book your session will be refunded back to your account within 1 week of cancellation.

Credits will not be returned to your account for late cancels or no-shows.

Members who accrue 3+ late cancels or no-shows will not be able to book again for 3 months.

Virtual Events (Tastemakers + Virtual Workshops):

If you can no longer make the event, no worries at all! You can decline your registration on the event page anytime by signing into Luma using the email you registered for the event with. Once logged into Luma, hit cancel on the event page:
