If you have lost your card or suspect it has been stolen, it is important to block it immediately to prevent any unauthorised charges.
Navigate to the 'Card' Section
To start, open the Money Jar App and navigate to the Card section. This can be found on the main menu of the app.
Blocking Your Card
Once you are in the 'Card' section, select the option to Block Your Card. This will ensure that your current card is no longer active and cannot be used for any transactions.
Unblocking Your Card
If you have blocked your card, you will now see the option to Unblock your Card. Click on this option and confirm your request.
Your card will now be unblocked and can be used for transactions again.
