After your physical card arrives you will need to activate it before you can start using it. Follow the below steps to activate your card:
Navigate to the 'Card' Section
To activate your Money Jar Physical card, you will first need to retrieve your PIN. To do this, open the Money Jar App and click on the "Card" section.
Click The Activate Button
On the card screen you will see two cards:
Physical Card (Green)
Virtual Card (Blue)
On the Physical card you will see an activate button which you must press
Enter Your Card Details
After pressing the activate button you will be presented with a form on which you will need to enter the below details to activate your card:
The last 4 digits of the card received in the post
CVV of the card received in the post
Date of birth
NOTE: You must have received your physical card before you attempt to activate it
Confirm Your Card is Active
If you correctly entered your details and activated your card, then on the card screen you will initially see the activate button change to activated, as in the below screenshot:
