How to Order a New Card

If you need to replace your current Money Jar card, you can easily order a new one through the app. Follow these simple steps to get your new card:

Navigate to the 'Card' Section

From the home screen select the Card icon on the bottom of the screen.

Blocking Your Current Card

Once you are in the 'Card' section, select the option to 'Block Your Card'. This will ensure that your current card is no longer active and cannot be used for any transactions.

Ordering Your New Card

After you have successfully blocked your current card, you will see an option to 'Order New Card'. Click on this option to proceed with ordering your new card.

NOTE: That's it! Your new card will be with you in 5-10 business days.

NOTE: Customers can only order a card every 30 days.

The Fee

The fee of ordering a new card is €5. This fee covers the cost of producing and shipping your new card. Please note that this fee is subject to change at any time.

Confirming the Fee

Before you can order a new card, you will be asked to confirm the €5 fee. This is to ensure that you are aware of the cost and are willing to proceed with the order. If you do not wish to pay the fee, you can cancel the order at this time.
