I can't see my client?

Having trouble seeing the client on the video call? No worries! Simply click the green dial button to initiate the video call and establish the connection.

When you’re in the session and connected to the client (indicated by a green session ID), you still won’t be able to see the client. You need to click the green call button first to establish the video call connection (see picture below)

After you press the green call button, the client receives a message to accept the connection (see picture below)

Once the client accepts, you will be able to see and hear them. You can either use a minimized screen or switch to full-screen mode by clicking the button to the right of the green call button (see image below).
