Starting a WeMind Session via Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet

Updated over 10 months ago

1. How do I start a WeMind session with my client?

Follow these steps:

  1. Start your video call using a third-party platform like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.

  2. Open WeMind as the therapist.

  3. Copy the session link from WeMind.

  4. Share the link with your client through the chat in the video call platform.

  5. Ask your client to:

    • Click the link,

    • Select their device (laptop, tablet, etc.),

    • And enter the WeMind session.

  6. Once they join, check the session ID in WeMind:

    • If it turns green, your client is successfully connected.

2. What do I need to tell the client before starting the session?

✅ Two very important things:

  • Use WeMind in full screen mode
➤ Split-screen does not work properly — reactions won’t be detected.

  • Use Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode for the video call
➤ This keeps the video call in a small floating window, so the client can still see you while WeMind runs in full screen.
