Book and Manage a Shuttle Trip as a Passenger

Book Fixed Schedule, Stop-to-Stop, or Shared Shuttle service, or view a Continuous Loop route from your company's passenger link.

Open the Shuttle link or QR code provided by your transportation provider. The pages and booking steps you see depend on the type of route that provider configured.

Fixed Schedule · Stop Time Select

This experience uses tickets or ticket packages for scheduled service.

  1. Sign in and open an available route.

  2. If needed, purchase a ticket package and choose the quantity.

  3. Select Book a Ride.

  4. Choose the route, date, stop, and available time.

  5. Confirm whether the ride is for you or another passenger, then review and submit the booking.

  6. Use Upcoming Trips and Past Trips to review your bookings.

If the booking offers self check-in, use that action when you are ready to board. If a cancellation action is available, follow its confirmation message carefully. Canceling can return the ticket to your account, but it does not automatically refund money paid for that ticket or package.

Fixed Schedule · Stop-to-Stop Search

  1. Select Book Tickets.

  2. Choose One-way or Round Trip.

  3. Select the From and To stops and the departure and return dates.

  4. Enter the passenger types and quantities, then choose an available trip.

  5. Enter passenger names, contact information, notes, and any available additional items.

  6. Choose a gratuity if it is offered or required, accept the terms, review the total, and select Confirm & Pay.

Signed-in passengers can use My Bookings to review current and past trips. Guest passengers can receive a secure booking link when that option is available. Contact the transportation provider if you need to change or cancel a paid Stop-to-Stop booking.

Shared Shuttle

  1. Enter the eligible pickup and drop-off locations and travel date.

  2. Add passenger types, luggage, notes, and ADA information as needed.

  3. For airport service, enter the requested flight information.

  4. Review the requested service time and fare, then enter the booking contact.

  5. Complete checkout.

Keep the confirmation or tracking link sent for your booking. When available, it can show live trip or driver information and the transportation provider's contact details. Contact the provider if you need to change or cancel the booking.

Continuous Loop

A Continuous Loop does not require a seat booking. Open the passenger or public map link to review the available routes, stops, operating hours, weekly schedule, and active vehicle information.

Before boarding

  • Review the travel date, time, stops or addresses, passenger count, and provider instructions.

  • Keep the confirmation, ticket, or QR boarding pass available if your booking includes one.

  • Arrive according to the transportation provider's instructions.

If you cannot complete the booking

  • Confirm that you used the current link supplied by the transportation provider.

  • Try another valid date, stop, time, or eligible address if no results appear.

  • Review any validation message for missing passenger, flight, luggage, payment, or terms information.

  • For availability, schedule, cancellation, or pickup questions, contact the transportation provider operating the route.
