Operators can manually create and manage bookings for Shared Shuttle and Fixed Schedule · Stop-to-Stop routes. Fixed Schedule · Stop Time Select bookings are created by passengers through the passenger link.
Before creating a booking
Confirm that the company and route are active.
Configure active passenger types and pricing in the route's Ticket Management tab.
For Shared Shuttle, confirm the service area, common location, operating days, and route buffers.
For Stop-to-Stop, confirm the stops, stop groups, fares, operational dates, and available trips.
Create a Shared Shuttle booking
From Shuttle Routes, select Create booking, then choose the company and active Shared Shuttle route. You can also open that route's Bookings tab and select Create Booking.
Select or create the passenger and booking contact.
Enter the travel date and eligible pickup and drop-off locations.
Add passenger counts, luggage, notes, and ADA information as needed.
For airport service, enter the flight details requested by the route.
Review the requested service time and price preview.
Create the booking. If payment is required, complete the checkout or payment step shown.
Create a Stop-to-Stop booking
Open the Fixed Schedule Stop-to-Stop route.
Select Bookings > Create Booking.
Choose One-way or Round Trip.
Select the origin, destination, travel date, and available departure and return options.
Enter passenger types and quantities, available additional items, passenger names, booking contact, and notes.
Review the fare and complete the booking and payment steps shown.
Find, edit, or cancel a booking
Open the route's Bookings tab.
Use the available date, status, route, zone, ADA, client, search, sort, or other filters to locate the booking.
Open the booking to review its passenger, service, price, and payment information.
Use the available actions to edit or cancel the booking.
Canceling a booking does not automatically refund its payment. Process any required refund separately. See How do I process and track a refund?
Manage passengers and saved cards
Open the route and select Passengers.
Search by name, email, or phone, or select Add Passenger to create a passenger record.
Select a passenger to update their contact information and review the cards saved to that Shuttle profile.
Use Add Card to save a card, the card menu to set the primary card or delete a card, and View Payment Activity to review payments connected to a saved card.
A Shuttle passenger can have up to 10 saved cards. Setting the primary card changes which saved method is preferred for future supported charges; it does not move or change previous payments.
Manage fees, gratuity, and payments
Customer gratuity: Configure gratuity in Ticket Management. You can offer preset percentages, allow a custom amount, and make the selection optional or required for supported Stop-to-Stop checkout flows.
Operator-added fee: In a Stop-to-Stop booking's payment section, use Add fee to enter a fee name and positive amount. The action charges the payment method on file, so confirm the amount and card before submitting.
Refund: Return eligible card funds to the original payment method from the booking's Payments section.
Organize Shared Shuttle bookings into trips
A Shared Shuttle booking can appear as unassigned until it is placed on a trip. Open the route's Scheduler Board to create trips, group compatible bookings, move bookings between trips, order destinations, and prepare driver assignments. Review the Operations tab after scheduling.
To notify your team when a customer books, configure the New Shuttle Booking event in Notification Center.
If a booking, payment, or checkout action fails, select the ? in the Operator portal and chat with Support.
