At More Happi, our mission is to make coaching available to everyone within a business. From intern to CEO, our goal is to bring equal opportunities for growth to all. But we need your help. You wouldn't arrange to meet a friend and then not show up. Or miss a work meeting when you said you'd be there. You're not that kinda human, right?
We're asking you to bring that same 'nice you' to all things More Happi. You get all the good stuff, and we can deliver on our mission.
Help us help you by following the More Happi Community Guidelines:
1) Be prepared for your session. Make sure that you understand what coaching is, how it works and come to the session with a topic you want to tackle. Not sure what to discuss? Download the More Happi Wellbeing Wheel (from your welcome email) to help narrow down the topic you want to bring to your session.
2) Show up on time for your session. Remember your coach is human too, with all sorts of human things to arrange around their work-life in order to support you. It’s important that you show up to your session and don’t cancel within 48 hours unless there is a real emergency. If you need to cancel on the day, you must do so via your confirmation email, this is the only way the coach will know the session is no longer going ahead. You can learn more about rescheduling and canceling sessions here.
3) Be present. Coaching is far more powerful when you give it your all. Turn off your Slack notifications, silence your phone and put it out of sight (yep, we know this is hard) and ask the cat to politely leave. Back in the office? Make sure you have a room booked, or a dedicated space for the session that will guarantee you uninterrupted privacy. Now you're ready to be fully present.
4) Be generous with your feedback. More Happi serves as a career accelerator platform for our community of professional coaches. They get lots of benefits, but money isn’t one of them. They love to hear how they’re doing (it's why they are here) and every session counts. Please take the time to thank them for their efforts by leaving a survey response and testimonial. Feedback for them and good karma for you.
