Email Confirmation:
We’ll send you an email once your deposit is successfully processed and the funds are in your account.

While you wait for your deposit to process, make sure that at least the total amount requested is available in your bank account to ensure a successful transaction.
Failed Deposits:
A failed deposit due to insufficient funds or incorrect information will incur a $15 fee.
How Standard Deposits Work:
Request Initiation: You submit a transfer request via the Moreta app.
Processing: We forward your transfer details to your bank, where it typically takes 1-2 days to process.
Completion: Once processed, your bank releases the funds, which are then deposited into your Moreta account within 1-4 business days.
