Why is my cash in transit?
There are a few reasons funds may appear in this section:
Bank Transfers: These can take up to 3 business days to clear depending on your bank and when the transfer was initiated.
How long does it take?
Most transfers clear within 1-3 business days, depending on the method used and bank processing times. Once the money arrives, it will automatically move from "Cash in Transit" to your Available Balance—no action needed from you.
Should I be worried?
Not at all. Cash in Transit just means your money is in motion. As long as your transaction was successful, it will show up soon.
You’ll get a notification once your funds clear and are ready to spend.
If you received funds instantly after making a deposit, your funds have already arrived and you can spend it right away.
