To provide a screenshot for a refund:

1. Take a clear screenshot of your transaction details from the app showing:

  • Transaction ID

  • Amount

  • Date

  • Status

2. Share the screenshot with the support team through the in-app chat, email, or support ticket system. Make sure the screenshot is clear and all relevant information is visible.
