If you’re on iOS and the “Reset password” link opens the moretapay.com website instead of inside the app, you can try the following steps to open it correctly in the Moreta Pay app.
🪄 How to open the reset link in the app
Open the password reset email from Moreta.
Long press on the “Reset password” button, then tap Copy link.
Open the Notes app and create a new note.
Paste the copied reset password link into the note.
Long press the pasted “Reset password” link and tap Open in Moreta Pay app.
This should take you directly to the password reset screen inside the app instead of the website.
Tip: Make sure you have the latest version of the Moreta Pay app installed from the App Store before trying again.
