Glucomannan is currently available to pre-order through a consultation form on the Morrisons Clinic website. This pre-order process is different from a standard in-app consultation. Please read the details below so you know what to expect.
Please note: the Glucomannan pre-order uses a standalone web form (Typeform), not the standard Morrisons Clinic consultation. No payment is taken at the pre-order stage.
How the pre-order works
Step 1: Complete the consultation form on our website
Visit the Morrisons Clinic website and locate the Glucomannan page. From there, click the pre-order now button. This will take you to a standalone consultation form via Typeform. The form will ask for your consultation and relevant medical details.
Step 2: No payment is taken
Unlike the Foundayo pre-order, no payment is taken when you submit the Glucomannan consultation form. Your details are collected and stored securely, and you will be placed on a clinical waiting list.
Step 3: Clinician review
A clinician will review your consultation details. This ensures that Glucomannan is appropriate for you before any supply is arranged.
Step 4: We’ll be in touch
Once your consultation has been reviewed and stock is available, we will contact you to confirm next steps. You will not be charged until that point.

Where do I find the pre-order form?
The Glucomannan pre-order consultation form is available directly on the Morrisons Clinic website. You do not need to log in to complete it.

Do I need an account to pre-order Glucomannan?
You can complete the consultation form directly on the website without needing to log in. You may be asked to provide contact details so we can reach you once your consultation is reviewed.
Will I be charged when I submit the form?
No. No payment is taken at the pre-order stage. You will be contacted separately when your consultation has been reviewed and stock is confirmed.
How will I know when my consultation has been reviewed?
We will contact you by email or phone once a clinician has reviewed your consultation details and stock is available.
Can I pre-order Foundayo and Glucomannan at the same time?
Yes — these are separate products with separate pre-order processes. You can complete both if you wish. The Foundayo pre-order is completed via our website and web app; the Glucomannan pre-order is via our website through Typeform.
What if I change my mind after submitting the Glucomannan form?
As no payment is taken at the pre-order stage, you can simply contact our Patient Care team and we will remove you from the waiting list.
