The HubSpot integration allows Mortar DS to seamlessly connect with your CRM platform, providing a unified and real-time view of your marketing, sales, and customer engagement data.
HubSpot is a comprehensive CRM platform that integrates tools for marketing, sales, content management, and customer service. Each component is powerful on its own, but when combined through Mortar DS, they deliver a connected and transformative experience — enabling teams to make smarter, data-driven decisions and improve customer journeys.
Mortar connects to your HubSpot account securely using Airbyte as a data sub-processor. All data transfers occur over encrypted channels, and access is strictly limited to authorised users you designate.
How to Connect HubSpot to Mortar DS
Step 1: Access the HubSpot Integration
1. In your Mortar DS dashboard, navigate to the Integrations page.
2. Click HubSpot to open the HubSpot integration panel.
3. Click Connect to begin the setup process.
Step 2: Log In and Create an API Key
1. Log in to your HubSpot account.
2. Click the Settings (⚙️) icon next to your profile image.
3. Go to Integrations → API Keys on the left hand side.
4. Click Go to Private Apps to create a secure connection token.
5. Fill in the required app details (e.g., Mortar DS Integration).
Step 3: Configure API Scopes
1. Under the Scopes section, select Read access for all relevant data points.
This ensures Mortar DS can securely read your customer, company, deal, and engagement data.
2. Click Create App to finalise the setup.
3. Copy the generated Access Token (this is your private API key).
Step 4: Complete the Connection in Mortar DS
1. Return to the Mortar DS HubSpot Integration window.
2. Paste your Access Token into the provided field.
3. Click Submit to establish the connection.
Mortar DS will now authenticate and begin securely syncing your HubSpot data.
Step 5: Data Synchronisation
Once connected, Mortar DS automatically begins syncing your HubSpot data in near real time.
The initial synchronisation may take several hours, depending on the size of your HubSpot database.
After the first sync, your HubSpot data will continue to update automatically, ensuring your dashboard always reflects the most current information.
Mortar DS consolidates, cleans, and enriches the data, removing duplicates and filling gaps for improved accuracy and analytics.
Step 6: Verify the Connection
Once connected successfully, the HubSpot icon on your Mortar DS integrations page will display a green box in the upper-right corner — confirming your HubSpot integration is active.

Your HubSpot account is now successfully connected to Mortar DS.
