We’re excited to release a few new features in Mortgage MarketSmart. These updates are available in all accounts.
Quickly Filter by LMI and MMCT
First, we added quick toggles to most of our tools and data layers—you can now quickly filter by low-to-moderate income (LMI) census tracts and/or majority-minority census tracts (MMCT). Previously, it required 5 or 6 steps to get this drill down—now it takes one click.
Use the filters to:
Identify top LOs in LMI or MMCT tracts for recruiting purposes
View active real estate listings for LMI and MMCT markets and rank the top real estate partners in those same markets
Show only LMI and MMCTs on the map for any data layer
Compare your market share in LMI and MMCT tracts against your total market share—and do the same thing for your peers
Create a top LO report to try it out.
Project Creation Options
When you create a new project in Mortgage MarketSmart, you’ll now have more information on the different types of maps you can create.
Choose the option that aligns with the analysis you want to create, and walk through the steps to build your map.
Updated User Interface (UI)
You may have already noticed a few updates to the look of Mortgage MarketSmart.
We added icons throughout the system to help you see more clearly, at a glance, what each option means.
We also added new navigation options within the map project area.
