How to add credits to your account

Adding VRM, SMS and Technical Repair Data credits to your account.

We've added the ability for VGM users to self-serve VRM, SMS and Technical Data credits. When you log in to VGM, you will see your current credit level on the start page.

If your user has the correct user permissions, there will be a top-up button below the current count. Clicking this will show you a pop up with your past orders, as well as a form where you can select a quantity that you wish to add.

Once you've chosen a quantity and added a name (and an optional order number) and click buy credits to credit your account. An order will be created on our system, and you will be invoiced and charged as per your usual payment method.

I can't see the top-up button.

If you can't see the top-up button, then your user lacks the permissions to top up user credits. Either log in with an admin user or get the admin user to enable this functionality. They can do this by navigating to Config > Users, double click your user, click the permissions tab and select 'credits' in the top dropdown. Here, they will be able to enable access for each credit type.
