You can get access to your VGM user by following the steps outlined below.

First, navigate to the login page of your VGM instance. From here, there is a link below the login button that says "Forgotten your password? Click here to request a temporary login". Click on this link.

On this page, enter your username (not your email address). Once you submit this form, we'll automatically send instructions to the email address associated with that user.

You'll receive an email similar to the image below.

Here, there is a link that will log you in as your user.

Please note: this link will expire after 30 minutes, so its recommended that you change your password to something that you remember.

To change your password, in the top menu navigate to Config > Users. This screen will show you a list of all the users. Find your user and double click it.

You can now update your password by entering your password (and repeating it in 'confirm password') and clicking save.
