To add tyres to a jobsheet in VGM:

  1. Click on "Jobs > Jobsheets" in the top menu.

  2. Search for the relevant jobsheet and double click on the jobsheet to open it.

  3. Click on the "Jobsheet Items" tab at the top.

  4. Select "Tyres" to add tyres to the jobsheet.

  5. By default, a VRM lookup is done to show both local and GroupTyre stock available for the selected vehicle.

  6. To use local stock, select the tyre you wish to use from the top grid, then enter a quantity at the bottom and click "Save & Close".

  7. If you don’t have the required stock or wish to order a different tyre, double click the tyre in the GroupTyre grid at the bottom.

  8. This will bring up the GroupTyre order window. Select the desired quantity and choose either "Send order to GroupTyre" or "Add to purchase order".

  9. If you choose "Send order to GroupTyre", the order will be sent to GroupTyre, and a purchase order will be automatically created.

  10. Once the order is accepted, the ordered tyres will appear in your local stock. Enter the desired quantity and click "Save" or "Save & Close".

  11. The tyres will then be added as a new line item on the jobsheet.
