The Vehicle History window provides users with a comprehensive overview of all pertinent information regarding a specific vehicle including:

  • Bookings

  • Jobsheets

  • Sales Invoices

  • Sales Quotations

  • Sales Credits

To access associated documents linked to a particular vehicle, click on the "Search" located in the top menu, then select "Vehicles" from the drop-down menu.

Once you have found the vehicle you wish to see the history of within the "Vehicles" screen, users can proceed to access its history through two primary methods:

  1. By right-clicking on the vehicle and selecting "Vehicle History".

  2. By double-clicking on the vehicle to open the "Edit Vehicle" window, then navigating to the "Vehicle History" option located at the bottom of the window.

Once in the "Vehicle History" window, all relevant sales documents, jobsheets, and bookings associated with the selected vehicle will be displayed.

To view and edit any of the documents, users can either double-click on the desired document or click the "Edit" button situated in the window's toolbar, allowing access to the selected document in a new window.

To remove a booking or jobsheet from a vehicle's history, select the document and then click the "Delete" button located in the top-right corner of the window.

Additionally, the "Vehicle History" window offers convenient filtering functionality, enabling users to refine results based on document type and a specified date range. To do this, users simply need to click on the "Filter by Date" checkbox, then they can specify the desired date range by selecting dates using the calendar icon adjacent to the "From" and "To" fields. Users can tailor results further by selecting specific document types from the dropdown menu located in the top menu bar or filter by documents with outstanding amounts on them.
