In this video, we'll quickly demonstrate the various options available for viewing, editing, and sending your Vehicle Health Checks (VHC) once your technicians have completed them.

Viewing and Editing a Vehicle Health Check

  1. You can access the VHC you wish to edit through the following methods:

    • Navigate to Jobs > VHCs in the top menu. Locate the desired VHC and double-click to open it.

    • Open the jobsheet containing the VHC from either the Technician Planner or Jobsheet grid. Click on the "Jobsheet Items" tab and double-click the VHC item.

  2. Once the VHC window is open, you can edit the checklist. To view and edit the checklist results, navigate to the "Checklist Items" tab.

  3. Here, you'll see each item along with the result recorded by the technician. Icons for notes and media will be filled in if information has been added. Double-click any row to edit a result or view notes and media.

At any time from the main VHC window, you can preview the digital report by clicking View in customer portal.

Sending the VHC to a Customer

  1. You can send the completed health check to a customer via email or text. Simply press the respective buttons at the bottom of the edit VHC window, and they'll receive a link instantly.

  2. The customer will receive a link to access the health check results, enabling them to review the results, comments, and any included photos.

Additionally, you have the option to print the health check at this point. However, the system will also include a print-out on the customer’s invoice.
