To locate purchase orders containing tyres or parts in VGM, you can use the following methods:
Tyres Tab
Navigate to 'Parts / Tyres > Tyres'.
Select the 'Purchase Orders' tab from the row of tabs at the bottom.
Use the dropdown on the left to search through your purchase orders by entering free text, such as the reference number of the purchase order.
As you type, the results will narrow down. Once you find the desired result, click on it to load the purchase order into the tab.
Purchase Orders Tab
Click on 'Financial > Purchase Orders'.
In the top tab, you'll see all your purchase orders.
To find a specific order, start typing its reference in the textbox at the top. The search will filter through references and order numbers.
Once you locate the desired order, click on it to load the purchase invoice details into the tab below.
Parts Tab
Navigate to 'Parts / Tyres > Parts'.
Similar to the Tyres tab, you can access purchase orders containing parts by selecting the 'Purchase Orders' tab below.
Search for the purchase order you need, and it will display the parts attached to that purchase order.
