Running Reports in VGM
VGM includes standard reports that cover various aspects of your business, including sales, purchases, and parts & tyres stock. Here’s how you can run these reports:
Click on the Financial button in the top menu. Select Reports from the drop-down menu that appears.
The Reports window will open, displaying different tabs for various report sections. Click on any of the tabs (e.g., Sales, Purchases, Parts & Tyres stock) to view the reports available in that section.
Double-click on any report to select it, or left-click on a report and click the Run Report button in the toolbar.
The Report Criteria window will open, allowing you to set specific criteria for the report, such as Date From and Date To. Each report may have different required criteria that must be set before running the report.
Once you have entered the necessary criteria, click on View in the bottom-right corner to generate a PDF of the report. Alternatively, click the Export button at the bottom to download a CSV file of the report data.
