The Task Chart allows you to see the tasks assigned on a jobsheet, as well as the estimated time versus the actual time taken for each task. Follow these steps to add and use the Task Chart effectively.
Adding the Task Chart
Click on a jobsheet to open it.
Click the three dots in the top right corner of the jobsheet. Select the Configure Tabs option.
Ensure that Jobsheet Items Gantt is added to the active column by dragging it from the inactive column if necessary.
Using the Task Chart
Assign Tasks:
Once tasks are assigned, select the Tasks Chart tab to view the chart.
Overview of the Task Chart
Jobsheet Items/Tasks Table
On the left side of the Task chart you will find a table listing the Jobsheet items, assigned tasks and who they are assigned to. You can edit the jobsheet item and/or the task by clicking on them in the table.
If you have any unassigned jobsheet items they will be displayed along the bottom of the table where you can create a task with the "Add task" button on the right
Estimated Time and Actual Time
Estimated Time (Green Bar): Represents the planned time for a task. You can edit the estimated time by clicking the task in the left-side table.
Actual Time (Coloured Bars): Represents the clock-in data of the technician, the colour of the bar will matches the technician’s colour setting.
Hover over the bar to see more details about the time entry.
The chart will also display lines showing when the Date in and Date required on the jobsheet.
